Duties include scheduling equipment personnel for shifts. Communicating with Gymnastics Manager and Employees.

• Work under the general supervision of the Gymnastics Manager
• Coordinate specific set up instructions for holidays and meets
• Ensure the safety of staff and equipment.
• Notify Manager with needed equipment repairs.
• Ensure staff sign out after shifts
• Schedule staff for each shift
• Assist in hiring of new equipment personnel staff.
• Provide training to staff as needed including a yearly training meeting.
• Knowledge of Gymnastics and gymnastic equipment preferred.
