SCHEDULE: Part Time - Temporary - May 12th thru August 8th

DEPARTMENT: Recreation

Ensure that the facility and operations are for ready for Summer Rec Swim Meets. Ensure equipment is properly taken down after meets. Attendance to Swim meets on Saturday mornings is required.

• Ensure sufficient supplies
• Assist in setting up Meet
• Train volunteers with responsibilities
• Ensure Meet is run smoothly
• Assist Swimmers are placed in correct heat
• Clean up after Meet is finished

Good communicator with adults and youth

Attention to details

High level of organization

Works well in a fast-paced environment

Experience with competitive swimming, running swim meets, and recreation programs
